Support for Life’s Challenges

Life can present challenges—whether at work or at home. You may be facing concerns such as family issues, financial stress, or difficulties with alcohol or substance use. While many problems can be managed independently, sometimes it helps to have professional support to find the best path forward. Reaching out for assistance is a positive step, and having someone to talk to can provide new perspectives, guidance, and practical strategies for overcoming obstacles and improving your overall well-being.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here to provide confidential assistance, guidance, and resources to help you navigate life’s challenges and improve your well-being.

Out-of-state Remote Workers: How to Get Help

Counseling laws and ethical guidelines require that individuals receive services from a psychologist or counselor licensed in their state of residence. This ensures all support provided complies with local regulations and maintains high standards of care. If you are an out-of-state remote worker, you can access voluntary counseling services through our external partner, CONCERN, by calling (800) 344‑4222. Their team will assist by connecting you with qualified referrals and resources in your area.

You don't have to face challenges alone. Reach out today for support.
