If you need support services for minor children, several options are available:
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Contact CONCERN at 1-800-344-4222 (use codeword: “LLNL”) for referrals and support.
- Insurance Plans: Many child and family behavioral health services are covered by your insurance. Contact your provider for more information.

Older Adult Resources:
Supporting older family members can bring unique challenges. Here are some resources to help:
- On-site Support: Schedule an appointment by calling 423-6609 for personalized guidance and support.
- Telephone Support: Call CONCERN: EAP at 1-800-344-4222 (codeword: “LLNL”) to speak with an Older Adult Referral specialist. Gerontologists are available to discuss your family member’s needs, connect you to resources nationwide, and provide helpful advice.
- Caregiver Support Group: Sponsored by LLESA, this group meets every third Wednesday of the month from Noon–1pm. Meetings alternate between expert speakers and peer support sessions. Visit the LLESA Caregivers Support Group webpage for more information or to enroll.
