Staff

We would like to introduce you to the Health Services Department’s on-site EAP psychologists. All staff members are licensed in the state of California and come to LLNL with many years of experience in the mental health field. They also have extensive training and a significant amount of expertise not only with mental health issues but also with work place issues.

gorsuch1 [at] llnl.gov (Kay Gorsuch), PsyD, is Manager of the EAP and licensed as a clinical psychologist. She earned her doctorate in psychology from the Fuller Graduate School of Psychology. Prior to joining LLNL, she was in private practice, as well as a clinical supervisor with the Valley Community Health Center in Pleasanton.
 

delorefice1 [at] llnl.gov (Allison Delorefice), PhD, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She earned her doctorate from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology, Palo Alto University. Prior to joining LLNL, she was a Psychologist and Training Director at Kaiser Permanente’s Department of Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine in Pleasanton.

martin86 [at] llnl.gov (Jacque Martin), PhD, received her degree from the University of Tennessee in clinical psychology. As a licensed psychologist, she has over 10 years of experience providing EAP services and management consultation to multiple companies in the Silicon Valley, including NASA Ames, ESL, Apple Computer, Adobe, and Silicon Graphics. Prior to working in the EAP field, she managed the Family Services Center at Moffett Naval Air Station.

kolin1 [at] llnl.gov (Randy Kolin, )PsyD, is a psychologist with a forensic and clinical practice for more than 20 years. He earned his doctorate from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. His experience has included work as a court appointed expert in family law matters and chemical dependency issues, conducting a variety of psychological assessments and evaluations on inmates, as well as pre-employment psychological interviews on correctional officer applicants.

sanders49 [at] llnl.gov (Brian Sanders, )PsyD, is a psychologist and he earned his doctorate from Argosy University in the Bay Area and an undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona. Prior to joining LLNL, he was an EAP Consultant at Kaiser Permanente in Walnut Creek for many years. He also has previous experience working in Kaiser Permanente’s chemical dependency program and adult psychiatry department. He also worked in private practice for several years.
