The EAP usually refers employees primarily to CONCERN at 1-800-344-4222 (codeword: "LLNL") for services at the point of intake. With telehealth, services can be more broadly arranged with anyone from the state of CA, as opposed to necessitating a local clinician.
Local referrals are also made to Discovery Counseling Center in San Ramon at 925-837-0505 who state they are taking new clients and conducting telehealth.
